Felina Steak South Orange - Restaurant

We finally have a fine dining option in downtown South Orange that is worth the money. The food was so delicious, service impeccable and friendly and atmosphere elevated, that we went two nights in a row just to try more of the menu. First night, was salads and steaks and the second night was pizzas and pastas. All delicious. Great non-alcoholic cocktail options despite a full bar. Live music adds to the scene later in the week/weekend. They also have several private rooms for special occasions. This is a must for our residents and all wanting a great dining experience!!

We enjoyed Easter brunch at Felina’s with plenty of delicious food and great service! It’s a beautiful restaurant with a large open dining room and a massive bar. Cocktails and service were on point!!

Had a wonderful dinner last night at Felina. Our server, Katrina, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The food was delicious (especially the scallops) and the live music was a nice touch. Best of all was the limoncello served at the end. All in all a great experience! I will be back!

It has been such a comforting thing to find a new go-to restaurant for me and my wife. Felina Steak South Orange has been unbelievable with their hospitality. Shoutouts to Naji (I hope I’m spelling his name right) - our first visit, despite the wait on the food, was made pleasant by how attentive he was to us. The rest of the staff has been the same, and that just makes us want to continue being patrons of the place. And the wait was well-worth it. This place has some of the most amazing pasta that you can find anywhere. Super chefs Ray Russo and Priscilla Chu have turned us into fans. The community is lucky to have this high level and quality of food accessible. Highlights for us have been the Rigatoni, Garganelli and the new special with the pasta being run through a chitarra that turns into a shrimp scampi. The humble Cesar salad is also really goood - breadcrumbs smartly dusted to coat the leaves instead of serving it with traditional cubed croutons. Last night, we were there for a wine and cheese tasting, and events like this really make an otherwise dull week more fun. Can’t wait for the next one. They really pay attention to the customers, to the food they serve, and to how else they can make your visit memorable. See you guys next date night!

We had some issues with our food, however the manager on duty, Najji was very hospitable and made it right. He is the only reason this is not a 1 star review To start our pizza was over cooked and blackened mostly, including the crust. The meatballs had a very tight consistency and perfect spherical shape, giving me the impression they were premade out of a bag. We had the Tomahawk and Ribeye, both were supposed to be medium rare. The two middle slices of the tomahawk were medium at best. The ribeye was blue in the middle. They refired the tomahawk and it was better the second time around. Will not be returning

Exploring their venue was an incredible experience! Nunji, our guide, was fantastic. He showed us around, answered our questions, and even gave us a history lesson about the venue. He was professional, well-spoken, and welcoming. Thank you, Nunji!

Went for brunch and had the absolute best experience. The food was so delicious and fresh. We requested substitutes and the kitchen was able to accommodate. Everything was way more delicious than we were expecting. The atmosphere was perfect for conversing and the mocktails were fantastic. The service with our waiter was great, he was so helpful and considerate. Looking forward to going again

Amazing experience across all corners. The waitress was kind and engaged with our party the entire night. The food and drinks were delicious and the portion sizes were even larger than expected. Really an upgrade from the Village Hall that had its spot before. Felina Steak is really a great local option and its honestly pretty fancy dining for our village.
